Kelly practices out of 2 locations: The Fort Professional Building in Fort Langley, BC and at Wild Oak Wellness in Osprey Village, Pitt Meadows. Returning patients or new pediatric/youth athlete patients: Select your preferred location to view the schedule and book appointments online.

Direct billing is available through Pacific Blue Cross, Sunlife, Greenshield, and more. Please note there may be a co-pay, deductible, or leftover amount after your benefits have been billed that you will be responsible for. Please e-mail kschlamprmt@gmail.com if you would like to confirm direct billing is available for your specific insurer. Otherwise your receipt will be e-mailed to you for self-submission. Kelly does not treat ICBC cases.

Cancellation policy: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. You will receive an e-mail reminder 48 hours before your appointment time. If you need to do so, please cancel or reschedule your appointment within a few hours of receiving that reminder. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a $25+gst cancellation charge will be placed on your account that will need to be paid before any subsequent treatments take place. No shows will be charged full treatment price as a cancellation fee. If you wake up ill on the morning of your appointment please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for no charge.
